1. Return policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return the product within 30 days of receiving it.

• Product packaging in good condition
• Comes with all original labels and accessories

Send the product back with the RMA number and the original invoice.

4. Return shipping charges

Unless the product has quality problems or the wrong delivery, the return freight is borne by the customer. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of returns.

5. Refund policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be returned via the original payment method and the processing time may take 5-10 business days.

6. Exchange policy

If you wish to exchange the product, please follow the return process to return the original product and indicate the exchange requirement in the new order. We will process your exchange request as soon as possible.

7. Non-returned products

11. Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and you will need to follow the return process to return the product.
