- Return policy

- Product packaging in good condition
- Comes with all original labels and accessories

The customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization number (RMA) and return address.

Send the product back with the RMA number and the original invoice.
- Return shipping charges
Unless the product has quality problems or the wrong delivery, the return freight is borne by the customer. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of returns.
- Refund policy
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be returned via the original payment method and the processing time may take 5-10 business days.
- Exchange policy
If you wish to exchange the product, please follow the return process to return the original product and indicate the exchange requirement in the new order. We will process your exchange request as soon as possible.

- Order cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and you will need to follow the return process to return the product.
- Partial refund
